Meet Cpt. Ahmet Sarı, our Managing Director. A Master Mariner with extensive experience in chemical and bulk carriers, he oversees group operations and port coordination, ensuring smooth vessel management and crew support across all Bosphorus Shipping companies

Meet Erkan Çakmakkaya, our Technical Director. With extensive expertise in naval architecture, marine engineering, and ship management, he oversees technical operations across all group companies, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Meet Taylan, our Technical Assistant. Working closely with Technical Director Erkan Çakmakkaya, he supports and coordinates technical operations across all group companies, ensuring smooth project execution, compliance, and operational excellence.

​Meet Oytun, one of our Senir Surveyors. With hands-on maritime experience and a background as a deck officer, he oversees on/off-hire operations, inspections, and surveys, ensuring accurate results and seamless project execution. Fluent in Russian, he facilitates smooth communication with international stakeholders.

Meet Hashimu, another one of our experienced Marine Senior Surveyors at Globe International Marine Survey Ltd. With a background in Nautical Science and a Master’s in Port Management, he specialises in steel and cargo condition surveys, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the UK and Europe.

Meet Gürkan,  another one of our Senior Surveyors, with extensive experience on bulk carriers, Capesize, and Post-Panamax vessels, he brings deep knowledge of vessel compliance, regulations, and PSC requirements, along with expertise in project cargo operations.

Meet Gizem, our Chartering and Dry Bulk Broker. Gizem is a key member of our dry bulk operations team. She matches vessels with the right cargoes, keeps a close eye on market trends, and maintains strong communication with shipowners, charterers, and agents. She handles voyage calculations, negotiates charter party terms, and supports post-fixture tasks such as laytime and demurrage follow-up. Gizem also shares regular market insights and vessel positions, helping clients stay informed and make confident decisions.
